The weather the past week has made me ready for fall and winter. With these seasons come Thanksgiving and Christmas, my two favorite holidays. Normally, Baton Rouge has blistering heat on these days, but I hope this year thats not the case.
Last year, waking up on Christmas Day I expected to put on coats and warm clothes, but stepping outside I quickly figured out that would be unnecessary. It ended up being 90 degrees. Although, thats normally very usual because it rarely gets under 40 degrees, it is conspicuous that that might happen again this year.
